Parking was tough. I did two laps around the block and couldn't find a street parking space. Had to call in to learn that there was a parking garage beneath the space which had to be entered from the opposite side of the block. THis made me a few minutes late for my appointment even though I left home on time.

It was a great time to go and relax...I needed a me day and this helped get rid of some of the tension in my body.

The massage was good but I have had better at your facility. Please do t get me wrong it was not a negative experience just was not over the top great compared to others I have had there

The music was unavailable which for me makes me relax and adds so much to the experience. Thankfully I had some music on my phone but my partner was not even given that possibility from his appt. Which was his first massage. So for me gave him a negative from the experience.

My massage therapist was EXCELLENT. But I don’t understand why paying $15 extra for a scalp massage means you get a shorter massage. Shouldn’t it be an add-on? Instead you pay more for a treatment which cuts into your massage time. That’s nonsensical. Again, my therapist did a wonderful job and was very friendly and professional. 10/10 would book him again! My only other complaint is the poor quality sheets and the bad eucalyptus oil. Eucalyptus is one of my favorite scents but I think this stuff was just melted Vick’s Vapor Rub. Very unpleasant.

Overall my experience was great! The front desk personnel confused me about my new membership, not exactly clear on the details other than the packet given to me, but I assume that will come out in time. My massage therapist was great, already booked another appointment with her.

Masseuse was moving my limbs around quite quickly and sometimes with kerning motions, was shuffling his feet a LOT when changing positions, and must have had a soda right before my appointment because he kept burping under his breath..

My experience was nice and I did feel like there was a focus on health and safety. However, I was told that my esthetician would be wearing a mask and face shield during my treatment, and I believe the face shield was left hanging on the door for the duration of my treatment. I also felt her breath on my face at some points during the treatment; not sure if the mask had been taken down or if it was just very thin. Regardless, it was fairly distressing and I was already on high alert as my wedding is in less than a week. Perhaps my esthetician is vaccinated and therefore did not feel the need to wear her face shield, but I'd just like to point out that it already feels very vulnerable to be this close to a stranger in a post-covid world and I would have appreciated a stricter adherence to the PPE. Aside from that, the actual facial was good. Thanks!

The receptionist did not know how to enter the Spa finder gist card. She ended up charging my card an amount that was over 5$ what I would have ended up paying if she had known how to perform the functions of her job and use my Spa Finder gift card correctly.

We had two appointments scheduled and one was cancelled due to the therapist not feeling well and there was no one else to take my mom. It was her birthday gift and we were from out of town. This was very disappointing.
