I was satisfied. I am not sure what would make me feel “highly satisfied.”. I thought the price was fair and the atmosphere was good. Satisfied is a fine answer, in my opinion.

The facial was very good!! The only thing was the microdermabrasion did not include the neck. Every other place that I have gotten microdermabrasion the neck is included.

I understand the need for cutting back on things due to COVID, but the waterfall in the waiting room and the stones in the bathroom made it feel like a spa. Now it feels more like a warehouse like Massage Envy.

My skin has been slightly irritated and very dry. My cheeks seem to be irritated and dry. She mentioned that I have eczema on my cheeks which i was not aware of but great to know!

The massage itself was great! The receptionist at check in was very sweet and polite. I dealt with a different receptionist at the end of my appt. and I wasn't very happy with the lack of info she provided regarding the cost of my massage to the amount that was left on my gift card. There was an internal miscommunication that she made me feel like was something I should have address with the therapist. I called when I got home because I felt like the situation was handled poorly. The receptionist who I spoke with was very understanding helpful. I left not even knowing I had money left on my gift card and she was able to confirm the amount left on my giftcard and offered to credit me account.

until this point, I've been VERY impressed with how you have kept guests safe during COVID. Seeing an employee not wearing their mask and actively talking in the small reception area was very off-putting. I gave H&S gift cards to people as Xmas gifts and now I don't feel comfortable saying they will be safe.

The massage itself was great and CJ is amazing. Probably one of the best I've experienced there so far. My biggest issue with this location is the staff. The front office staff (with the exception of Emily, who is amazing) always seems lost and confused and don't know what's going on. I've had them make several errors during my membership with payment as well as setting appointments that are easily avoidable had they paid attention.

My masseuse was knowledgeable about which muscles needed work. She recommended doing a longer massage next time as she pointed out areas that I didn’t even realize were sore due to my workouts. I was highly satisfied with the massage and am already looking forward to my next one.
