I'm sure due to the pandemic, blankets on the massage tables are not able to be used. However, being cold during services isn't ideal. The rooms were very clean, however, and I felt comfortable with my health and safety. The technicians did an excellent job with this. Also the massage therapist had amazing pressure, and focused on the areas I had requested, for the most part. My neck pain, which was the main reason I came for the massage, was not tended to like I was hoping. I felt like she ran out of time.

My facial charge and experience is inconsistent. Sometimes there is an up charge sometimes not. Also, sometimes there are Cold moon stones And sometimes not. For the same service.

The experience had a very corporate feel to it. It’s the same boring music I hear in elevators, which my girl had no control of. The anti aging treatment had no vitamin c or retinol, so that was disappointing. My girl was awesome, the service was nice, the receptionist was great too. I imagine giving employees more creative freedom, how they dress, music and products they use, would probably go a long way to make it more personal.

Always have a pleasant experience. There’s some question as to how long the massages are. How is the time kept? From time of start to finish?? Or when you arrive and leave?

I will arrive on time so I expect my appointment to start on time. if we can't or are delayed for any reason, I expect to still get my full 60 min or give me a discount or voucher for my next apt. (if I arrive late, that's on me. I totally get that.)
