The reception was very cluttered and the place/reception area looked and felt cheap. Given the price I expected less of a bargain feel and more of a getaway feel in the decor and appearance of the reception.

I think this was just as it was expected! I have nothing to complain about. My therapist was wonderful and helpful in the areas that were of a concern for me. It will be hard to return with the price going up significantly, despite the wonderful service.

therapist shared his bad situation for way too long. I asked him how he liked Denver and he went into a detailed story that was entirely NEGATIVE and it was hard to really enjoy the session. his technique and pressure is great, but TMI!!

I prefer music that is "mystic" and unfamiliar.

The addition of the scalp massage I thought it was an add on i.e Adding time not to just put stuff in my scalp during my already scheduled massage.

Need changing room so things run more efficient, on schedule, clients don’t feel rushed, and massages aren’t shorted the 50 min hands on. It would make a huge difference in the overall perception of the quality and I would think less stressful for your therapists. I don’t understand why the tipping charts at the front desk are based on non-member prices. Your non-member prices are outrageous. No where near that value. The member price is a fair value for only 50 min massage. I also don’t understand why you charge $10 for a few drops of oil, you can buy an entire bottle of high quality DoTerra brand for $20. You’ve got to be profiting over $100 on that bottle of oil. Oils are a pleasant experience and help cover of the stale smell of the rooms. An appropriate price would be around $2. That’s still at least double the cost.

Couples Massage

So I did a couples massage and I was very happy with my therapist but my biyfriend Tim kept asking for more pressure on his lower back and in a certain spot. He said she kept putting pressure in places he didn’t want it and on top of some bone which hurt. He felt like she wasn’t understanding what he was wanting.

The massage itself was great, but I did not appreciate the hard sell on the monthly membership at the end. I had to say no several times and it was uncomfortable.

My therapist was good just a little loud with the mint chewing/breathing but overall it was fine
