I provided problem areas and the therapist did not spend extra time on the area. I also purchased an add-on scalp massage, but no time was added to provide the service. The room was so quite because of no music that i could hear everyone walking by and couldn't relax.

In my evaluations satisfied exceeds the norm. To receive highly satisfied the experience has to be more luxury .

I came looking for pain relief from traveling half way across the country in a Jeep and relaxation from the stress of it all and overall I was less than impressed because I felt obligated to talk and I was really hoping to just fall asleep. Also the pressure overall was too light. I barely felt her on my legs and they really needed the work after all the hiking I had done. She was extremely friendly but just talked too much.

Disappointed that parking validation is not 100% given anymore. My last massase was cut short after I took a bathroom break, which made the massage lose value.

My massage therapist was amazing - love Samantha! My facial was not the best...one of the products used was very oily and the person’s touch so light it was more annoying than relaxing.

I havd enjoyed both of my massges very much. I just wish aroma therapy was included and did not cost extra.

I had an appointment at 2:00 at 2:20 I was told the therapist was not coming and no one else could see me. Rescheduled at 4:00-what went fine
