Love Mindy. She always remembers exactly what I like and don’t like and keeps notes.

I signed up being told that I could get a 2nd massage per month at $50 instead of $60, however, right after I signed up, now they told me your prices changed and there is no discount for the 2nd massage now. So I'm not going to save as much money as I thought I would being a member. Also, the massage therapists I had have been good, but when scheduling, I had a hard time finding ones who were experienced in helping me with specific back problems I have and that have enough experience to help me. Also, I think that being a member should also give you discounts if you decide to get a longer massage. There does not seem to be an additional discount on more time.

I thought it was fine and I would go again. I don't feel like it was out of this world.

I am always very satisfied with the therapists. I wish there was an easier way to book online. It can be difficult to find out which therapist is available.

The only thing I questioned was when I added on the peppermint scalp treatment for one person during a couples massage the receptionist told me it added about 10 min of extra time but our massage was still done in 50 min. Was the receptionist incorrect of was the scalp treatment supposed to lengthen the treatment time?

My experience before the massage and during the massage was wonderful. After the massage, however, the pressure I received from staff about purchasing more massages colored the entire spa experience and, sadly, made it unlikely that I will return beyond the use of my gift card. After explaining that I am not interested in purchasing additional massages, the receptionist continued to present other massage packages for purchase. This made me feel as though the receptionist was not listening to me or valuing what I was saying. In addition, I did not receive a receipt for my massage and tip. Despite an issue with my gift card, the receptionist followed-up quickly with a phone call confirming my total amount and the remaining balance which I greatly appreciated.

The steam machine did not work, which I find to be kind of important when doing extractions. If I had known I would've rescheduled. I do love hand and stone and the esthetician I saw, but I am disappointed by the lack of adequate equipment necessary to get a facial especially when I pay for an exceptional facial.

I was given a $100 gift certificate and because I had been in before, almost 2 years ago, I was charged $90. The giver of my certificate had intended me to be able to come in for more than one visit and was told over the phone massages were only $59. I understand that I'm not a member but it was a disappointing and discouraging experience and I wasn't offered anything to make up for it. Additionally, I had $20 off via an email for my birthday which was not honored as well. $89 for a 50 minute massage is outlandish and over priced.

Receptionist did not say anything when I checked in. My appointment started 12 min late. The therapist did not say anything about it until I asked if they were busy, instead of first apologizing on her own.

My original appointment was made by phone on Sunday for the next day, Monday. When I arrived at 9am for the scheduled appt, I was told I should have received a phone call that the appt had been cancelled as the masseuse was still out sick. I never received a call, and in fact, had received a text confirmation for the Monday 9am. The front desk person was great and very apologetic (tall blonde). She rescheduled me, and offered to comp my next massage. I specifically requested that she note it in my records. Which unfortunately did not happen. With a different front desk person on Tuesday, I had to explain again what happened the previous day, and what had been offered. She was also great and just took care of it, but I was a little disappointed that it wasn't in my record, especially since I specifically asked that it be noted. Thanks.
