I was bruised on my trouble area, on my hip and wrist. Although I felt the pressure wss needed for pain relief.

Had to train massage therapist for deeper massage. Do not like tip schedule so front and center.

Whenever I try to book online, the receptionist dissuades me from it saying that, “the online system doesn’t ‘speak’ to the booking system at the location.” If that’s the case, why bother offering it at all? I feel as though th Hand and stone will soon be losing business to other massage businesses that do utilize a working calendaring system as time and technology progress. I know it has made me second guess in advance.

Did not use deep enough pressure when asked to do so in key areas. Overall massage was relaxing, but not therapeutic.

The receptionist needs better training. She charged me for a facial and the bio peel. I am not confident she used my packages correctly. She did the same to my friend that I had gifted a service to.

It would be nice if Hand and Stone would offer online appointments where you get the available times and masseuses available in one reservation system. Seems the times I try and book online the reservation system just tells me to call the office for availability.

They scheduled our hour appointment at 7 pm even though they close at 8 pm. My husband didn't get a full hour massage and it felt rushed. If they want to close at 8 then don't schedule people so close to closing time. It's also 10$ more to go to this location than the one by our house and we don't have to pay for parking either. It was a nice massage but everything said we won't be going back.

I highly recommend H&S for facials. My massages have been average. But I have noticed lately that they have been starting late and end early. That didn't happen this last time but has a few times in the past.

Check out felt a little bit sales pitchy. But mainly I am baffled by the nonfunctional website. I honestly don't understand why I can't at the very least request an appointment through the website.
