Expensive and membership was not working that was originally purchased.

My massage was kind of weird...I'm pretty sure she kept falling asleep bc she would be massaging me and then just stop for awhile and her hands would become limp.

Had asked for deep massage when booking got tepid!

The hard sell to join membership. Though the front desk receptionist was friendly, the time she took to sell me the membership package undid the sense of relaxation I came out of my service with.

My last massage was just a tad weird. Lots of prodding and jiggling of my fatty places and not much actual massaging.

I was highly satisfied

The actual time of get massage is repeatedly less than 50 min. The appointments are advertised for an hour which I understand allows for 10 min to undress and dress before and after. But then shouldn't the appointment last 50 min? Almost every appointment I've had here is 40-45 min.

Overall great experience

Hello I'm a person that does not give a highly satisfied opinion on a message studio. Was not there to judge the place or the service just the recent gift from my son and this was unexpected so the experience of a new massage place was fantastic and the sraff met my expectations all though a rating of highly satisfied only comes with a happy ending. Ha ha

My therapist continues to isolate areas that need attention. The most recent visit I left feeing completely relaxed.
