Hand and Stone

I come to Hand & Stone to get relief for my neck pain. Unfortunately, the one or two therapist that really help with my pain have left Hand & Stone. It's a bummer to keep trying new therapists because it's usually 50/50 whether a therapist is able to help with my pain or not. Sadly, my most recent experience did not relieve my pain, which makes me feel like it was a waste of a massage. However, she was very kind pleasant to be around and I felt she really wanted to help me.

Had to wait over 20 minutes for receptionist to bring paperwork. She was busy talking to co workers & helpi g customers who came in after me instead. I had to sign paperwork without being given time to read it prior to ny appointment or risk forefieiting some of my facial time. Then, instead of leaving relaxed I had to fill out the paperwork that wasn't brought to me when I arrived 22 minutes early. It put a stress and damper on the whole experience.
