Hand and Stone

My therapist Alicia was great. I definitely needed a deep tissue massage. as a deep tissue massage and because I had terrible knots it was a bit uncomfortable at times BUT I expected that. While I am a bit sore overall my back and other tight areas do feel MUCH better. I will definitely be back to book with Alicia.

I was in town for a business meeting & was able to book an appointment after normal business hours. The receptionist and the therapist were very welcoming and I felt so much better after just 30 minutes on the table. Very weird music playing and a little loud though

Therapist was great

The therapist was fantastic. I considered not using the prepurchased gift card (not returning to H&S at all) due to horrible experience at the Northfield location. Very glad I decided to give the downtown location a chance. We’ll done.

Was able to schedule a second treatment at checkin. Additional ons were on sale. Esthetician was knowledgeable and unsold the desired enhancements.

Always a relaxing experience everyone is pretty nice And patient.

Great massage Friendly Clean

The staff was friendly and welcoming. I received the himilayan salt rock massage and the stones were wonderful. I requested a quiet massage and the therapist talked a bit more than I'd hoped, but overall, it was a relaxing experience.

Sean is Absolutely the best massage therapist ever!!!! We walk in barely able to walk and leave all refreshed and recharged!!!

The massage therapist was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs and preferences expressed. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The environment of the location could be nicer, but that mostly has to do with the shopping center that it's in. The location is superb, though; very convenient.
