May has been wonderful and is my go to person for facials. She always walk through what she is doing and things I can do between services.

Jesse was great! She was friendly, had good knowledge of how to manage my skin and the facial was great! It did seem like she was still not as experienced in the way she did the neck massage. It can be improved next time.

I have been fortunate in the service received though some employees are no longer at this facility. Just wondering how the number of available massages does not match the payments made and the months that I did not get a massage or other services.

My esthetician is highly knowledgeable and easy to talk to about my skin concerns. She listens and is attentive to what my skin needs are. She is detailed in her approach and I always leave feeling better than how I came in.
