Before my facial Brittany from Headquarters spoke so highly of the different Hand and Stone facilities and how she loved Chicago it set the tone for my facial experience.

There seems to have been several glitches while booking online. First off the time I chose online turned out not to be available and they had to call me several times to adjust and correct. Also the introductory options were not all encompassing. I could not choose a specific facial type versus just the classic even though there were other options available.

Jess does an exceptional job when I come in on a monthly basis for a facial. She’s extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I look forward to coming back. Thank you so much, Jess!!

I've been dealing with some sensitivity and redness and feel like my therapist has been very thorough in recommending products that would be gentle and calming. She always takes time to explain the benefits of specific ingredients and encourages me to ask any questions that come up. This was the first time I tried LED light treatment, and I felt like she explained all the products, process, reasoning very clearly.
