My esthetician is highly knowledgeable and easy to talk to about my skin concerns. She listens and is attentive to what my skin needs are. She is detailed in her approach and I always leave feeling better than how I came in.

Ana, the receptionist who booked the appointment was awesome and so kind. Exceptional service considering this was a last minute booking. Every other place I called sounded annoyed. Rynard was an exceptional therapist!!!

Abby is a very kind person and a competent esthetician. The people who work at this spa are always friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is always clean and very comfortable.

Facialist was friendly. She explained what products she used and why. Receptionists we’re wonderful. Skin looks great today.

Before my facial Brittany from Headquarters spoke so highly of the different Hand and Stone facilities and how she loved Chicago it set the tone for my facial experience.

There seems to have been several glitches while booking online. First off the time I chose online turned out not to be available and they had to call me several times to adjust and correct. Also the introductory options were not all encompassing. I could not choose a specific facial type versus just the classic even though there were other options available.

Jess does an exceptional job when I come in on a monthly basis for a facial. She’s extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I look forward to coming back. Thank you so much, Jess!!
