All the staff at this Hand and Stone are very friendly and welcoming. The appointment was on time. The massage room was very welcoming- warm and dimly lit on a cold day was perfect. The ambiance of the lobby area is fine- neither satisfied nor dissatisfied with it. I try not to spend too much time in the lobby.
