Hand and Stone

I loved my experience at Hand and Stone. The receptionist was friendly and made me feel at welcome immediately. My esthetician brought me back exactly on time. My appointment was lovely and relaxing.

I am always welcomed by everyone. I will probably not continue with my membership due to the fact that my therapist is no longer in the spa.

Abbey is the absolute best! She is the reason that I maintain my H&S membership.

The receptionist and another masseuse kept me highly engaged. They explain the massage offered some extra, and even provide a listed of restaurants in the area for eating. It was a great environment.

My massage therapist is an expert at working on the areas of my body that need either more or less pressure to help relax me.

I love all the staff at Hand and Stone. As long as it stays affordable, I will continue to be a member. It's nice to have a way to pamper myself so close to home.

I asked for a deep tissue massage and explained the prior massage I had in Lakeview was not what I had asked and paid for (a deep tissue). The is time in South Loop, though, Dayshon (sp?) was great and actually did deep tissue and listened to feedback on where my body needed a lighter touch as the massage progressed.

Good value. Great estacion. Good front staff.

The massuse did a very good job, Helped loosen up tight areas. Help stretch and revlieve pain points and was kind enough to show some good stretches after the massage.

Massage therapist was knowledgeable and addressed my needs. She answered my questions and was professional.
