My massage was very relaxing and it achieved what I was looking for. My therapist James is highly professional.

Dem was amazing! She listened and addressed my problem areas and made me feel completely relaxed. She even gave me a few stretches to help with my issues moving forward.

The front desk staff was very friendly & efficient. My esthetician, May, was very knowledgeable, thorough & accommodating.

Every time I come in for an appointment I am asked what the focus should be for my massage. The massage therapist in addition to the staff are very professional and kind. I always feeling better than I came in feeling!

When I called they were very helpful over the phone. I received emails and text messages to inform me about my appointment. I was very pleased with my visit to the location.

I wasn't looking for much, so in fact, I got what I was looking for and more! Kept it simple for the time being as a senior! Will be returning monthly! ;-)

The experience and therapist were great. However I did book a reflexology massage specifically a couple weeks ago and you canceled me because therapist was ill. Only one therapist does reflexology. So I called to rebook for reflexology. When I did get back on the schedule I came in and found that my therapist did not do reflexology so confusion? I switched to Swedish massage to accomodate the therapist.

The receptionist was kind, patient and polite, above and beyond. I really appreciated her demeanor. It put me at ease. I'm still not super comfortable with all the covid and being inside. She helped ease my nerves. James was brilliant hitting all the areas that I told him that I needed massaged.
