I was able to get an appointment quickly and the massage was great

The whole process from checking in, getting the facial, and checking out was very efficient and easy. My esthetician was very kind and provided fantastic service. My facial was so relaxing, I fell asleep! The only hiccup I experienced was when booking. I could not easily find service descriptions for the different facials, so wasn't quite sure what I was booking when I selected the Classic vs Demalogica (or whatever the two options were). I would also love more description of the service in terms of what to expect (ex: a cleanse, shoulder massage, mask, etc.).

My therapist was outstanding and really knew how to manage the hot stones which is a special talent and I am considering a membership but not sure I would get a massage or facial that often.

The staffs are always very friendly. The ambience is nice and quiet. The massage therapist knows what she is doing, and gave me advised to relief my pain.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. I felt safe while getting my facial. The esthetician was knowledgeable and my facial didn't feel rushed. It was so nice I went to sleep.

I really love coming to this location even though I live in Avondale. Nicole is amazing and I honestly travel that far just for her services. She is very thoughtful, comforting, pays attention and gives amazing massages! I'm honestly too nervous to try the Lakeview location because I love coming to the South Loop so much!

I was very impressed with the physical layout of reception and the ambiance of the massage room. Tara was highly recommended in the online reviews and did a great job. It was wonderful and I’ll probably book an 80” session next time.

I had an amazing experience. My massage therapist was ready for me the second I was done checking in, and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I have chronic pain and this helped so much. Will be coming back in a couple of weeks!
