Online was not working to book my appointment so I was kind of frustrated. I called the south loop location next to my building and spoke with Tara. Instantly she was a delight to speak with, polite, efficient and helpful. When I arrived the front desk man was also pleasant and kind. So much different than other places that I have gone to.

My esthetician was very professional and gave me some personalized advice on my skin. She was super gentle even though I had a deep cleaning and typically have some skin issues such as impurities. I could see the results right after my treatment; my skin looks so much clearer now!

Nicole is a great massage therapist. Nicole was able to lengthen my spine by removing knots in my body. This staff is always nice and the membership is 👍🏾
