I’ve been seeing James for years now. He’s exceptional at helping me manage my pain from being disabled. He’s also easy to talk to, very professional and funny.

Massage therapist assigned to me helped to relieve my headache very quick.

Breanna was an amazing therapist. She was clearly very well trained and very skilled. I booked another appointment on my way out just to have another appointment with her.

The massage therapist retrieved me from the waiting room promptly, so I didn't wait long. I was asked if I needed anything before the massage started, so I was able to use the restroom. The massage itself was very relaxing, and my masseuse checked in to make sure the heat of the hot stones was okay. My masseuse asked about my problem areas and paid attention to them. Afterwards, I was asked how I felt and given some water. The receptionists were very personable as well.

The massage therapist, Dem, is very knowledgeable and worked on my neck and shoulder area until she relieved the "knot" I'd been experiencing. I felt very relaxed and will definitely be returning to Hand & Stone again!

I'm happy with the service I received and the people I've seen for services at your location. However your online booking process is terrible. It does not allow you to switch locations easily. Trying to view availability especially if booking multiple appointments is not convenient. This process needs to be updated to make the experience better for the end user.
