Jeffrey is one of my regular massage therapists (James is the other), and I like that each of them remembers me, and remembers what I like. Very skilled, very professional, and very friendly.

I have been extremely satisfied with my membership at H & S. The staff is always very friendly. The esthetician Cameron is wonderful, very friendly, gentle and incredibly knowledgeable, I always see instant results. The massage therapist Patricia is amazing. I have been going to her for years and she is so in tune with your muscles. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, communicative in making sure she is not hurting you and the best part is she helps me feel better and more relaxed after my massages. Getting knots out of my muscles is really important and she does a fantastic job. I tend to stick with the same people when getting these services as I truly trust them and know I will feel and see good results. I must add this location has a incredibly kind and professional manager - Emily. Emily aims to please is always professional, personable, kind, knowledgeable on the products when asked, not pushy (which I like) and a great customer service manager as well. The reception staff is very friendly. I always enjoy my trips to H & S.

The staff and professionals at Hand And Stone South Loop were very knowledgeable about the process and products used. They made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. I will be coming back for monthly services as needed.
