The price, service and location is prefect. One suggestion if a member or ex member has money on their account it should never expire no matter how long.

I had an issue booking online - couldn't get the password reset to work - and I called and they made booking over the phone super-easy, plus no wait time for the receptionist to pick up! The masseuse - Tai - was AMAZING. She really listened to where I mentioned as being areas to focus on, then provided pretty much perfect pressure and techniques to relieve the aches, pains, and stresses. I felt so relaxed and comfortable throughouts the visit - exactly what I needed after a long week.

Manny has given me many massages. This helped me tremendously since I had gone through cancer treatments while seeing him for two years. I hate to see him go but wish him much success in the future. Thank you, Marie Gomez

The therapist chatted with me to make sure she understood what was important to me. She also made sure I was completely comfortable on the table with temperature and placement of support cushions.

This was my first facial since February, and I wasn’t sure what to expect upon coming back. My esthetician wore a mask the entire time. Even though facials involve physical contact, I felt safe and will return in 3 weeks.

I have had a membership with Hand and Stone for a while now and absolutely love everything about this location. Especially my massage therapist, Tara. She is awesome!! The only reason I am ending my membership is because my family and I are moving out of state and there is not a location near St. Charles, MO . If there were a location in the suburbs of St. Louis I would be continuing my membership!
