My massage therapist (Jeffery I think) was very professional and gave a great massage. He wasn't too chatty (which I appreciate when I want to just relax). I have nothing bad to be said about the massage. I mean... who doesn't love a massage? The only thing that would have made my stay better would be implementation of social distancing in the waiting area and notifying me of what the cleaning measures for the massage room were as I am trying to be extremely cautious of COVID.

The initial appointment was not to my satisfaction and Emily made it right. Nicole is a phenomenal therapist and I had a amazing experience with Jaimie scheduling.

I was highly satisfied because the massage was nice. The facilities were clean. The membership is convenient.

Patrice is amazing. I was glad to learn she felt comfortable giving the massage during this time. I’m also satisfied with the cleaning procedures. I’m just trying to limit my outings and I’m sure I’ll be getting fewer massages. I’m also moving to a suburb next month that doesn’t have a H&S nearby. For many reasons, I just need to end my membership for now.
