3:30 appointment didn’t start until 3:45 which was not great but went until 4:35 so ok but still think it should be closer to time

The receptionist was very friendly when walked in the door. She offered water and asked was this my first visit. My therapist was also very nice and knowledgeable about the massage she was giving. The ambience was great throughout. I really enjoyed the experience!

Siera was a great service provider! She asked me what I needed and was super attentive and friendly throughout the massage. The front desk was also great - I was waiting for my partner to be done with his services and the front desk was super helpful with answering my questions about an upcoming appointment.

Ciera is amazing. She listens to my needs. She explained what she did during my massage and why, what to do during appointments to improve. May always takes care of my concerns, she’ll tel me if there’s in anything she will work on & why.

I really enjoyed my esthetician! Sophia is very knowledgeable and skilled in what she does. I took her card to give my daughter who lives in Chicago. I was visiting.

Abbey is a gem! She's so knowledgeable and really takes her time during the appointment. The service never feels rushed. I appreciate that she's never pushy with selling products but is happy to answer any of my questions and make recommendations.
