Everyone I spoke with was so friendly and warm. My two therapists, Erica for massage, and May for the facial, were very competent and effective, as well as very, very, nice! Thank you so much--I'm impressed with Hand and Stone on South Michigan and will come back again!

Despite the conflict with my original appointment time, I was still very satisfied with Sophia and my facial and the receptionist was very welcoming and accommodating. Fortunately, my schedule wasn’t tight that day and I had time to wait the additional 30 minutes. I will still continue to receive my services from this location.

The office team members are professional and generally welcoming. However, the main reason why I return is Sophia. She's incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and I am seeing improvements in my skin.
