I lives in Tampa and was visiting this Hand and Stone in Portland, Oregon due to my family being here. I have been to this Hand and Stone in the past and have Molly as my aesthetician. She’s very friendly, knowledgeable, and I felt very confident with her recommendations. I also have other family members that go to this particular Hand and Stone. The main operation that I go to is an Brandon Florida. I have used Gabrielle and I’ve been highly satisfied with her as well as any of the other aestheticians I’ve had there. I find it Hand and Stone, a consistency of quality, friendliness, and knowledgeability from those that work there.

My therapist was skilled & taught me during the visit, but was also keen on when I let go to just enjoy the experience I appreciate their technical knowledge & their ability to tune into needs I didn’t realize were are the core of what I am experiencing in my body. I appreciate the extended time frame as in my opinion should be the standard.

The lady that did my facial was amazing! She was very funny and knowledgeable. I very much enjoyed my experience and my skin has felt amazing ever since.

I always have a good ex[perience - LOVE Lauren C. - my esthetician. The receptionists are not as friendly as they used to be however. Also, I was told I would get a receipt emailed to me, but I did not and had to ask for it the next day.

I like the ability to find a time and therapist even at the last moment. The quality of the massage therapy has always been very good. The price is reasonable. Now, all I need to do is figure out how to use my rewards.
