The receptionist was very friendly though I was late. I will always use the same masseuse because she is great! She puts me at ease right away.

Always a very welcoming environment. The people you hire are well trained and professional. My alien has shown improvement with my facial treatments.

Every time I go in the reception staff is so nice and friendly. If I have to wait before the appointment they provide great water and heated/aroma therapy neck pillows. My esthetician, Molly K, is so knowledgeable and makes my face glow and feel like butter.

I appreciate the initial conversation about what I am needing at that time and the approach to taking a look as well as recommendations. I also appreciate the option to have them wear a mask while doing the facial.
