I loved my massage with Scott he was amazing. I am unlikely to recommend Hand and Stone because I have been unhappy with their policies about using massages during membership and being charged to freeze your account then only having so many days to use your massages when you stop membership. You guys should not try to make money off your members when they are already giving you their money and business every month.

Mimosa was awesome! She helped relive my neck and jaw pain and had lots of knowledge about her craft.

I went in planning on cancelling my membership because my past appointments were not great, however my masseuse and esthetician this time were lovely. I truly had a great experience and I hope this level of care continues.

Victoria is always so nice, very personable and definitely knows my problem spots. I remember when I first started going to see Victoria and they said she doesn’t do medium to hard pressure yet. Oh yes she can! And she always checks with me that the table is heated well, how the pressure is. And then after she’ll tell me what she felt (last time specifically with my shoulders) like how my right side is more tight, then gave me a tip on how to fix it! Above and beyond. She’s my favorite! Front desk ladies are always so chill too upon checking in.
