Rachael was very good about explaining my procedure and making sure I complete understood what was going on. She is extremely nice and very gentle.

Every step of the way (phone call for appt, greeting, Rachael) was smooth and just right. Rachael (whom I see exclusively ) has listened to my questions and concerns, and tailored a perfect program for me. I have neural condition that can cause pain and distraction , and my regular visits with Rachael have kept the Neuralgia at bay for months!

Reception has always been friendly and prompt. My aesthetician asks for my input before recommending a particular treatment; she has just the right touch (neither too hard or soft) in applying product, and my face is glowing when she is finished.

I have always enjoyed coming to this location compared to the other locations. Rafael is an exceptional therapist -- great massage techniques! I always come away very relaxed and looking forward to the next session.

I enjoy the massage sessions; they are exceedingly beneficial for self care and stress-management. I also value being able to schedule with the same LMT as I like his energy and talking with him during our sessions.

The massage is very effective in relieving stress and muscle tension. I’m only available for afternoon appointments so I would like more afternoon appointments available.

Love my massage therapist. There seems to be turnover of reception area people. Yet, the 2 newbies, did a good job.
