Staff at this location are kind knowledgeable and extremely friendly

I usually make my next appointment at the desk after my massage. Often I have to change this after looking at my calendar. It is very easy to make the change over the phone. I get friendly reminders which I appreciate. I am always welcomed at reception, and Kimberly is always ready on time. Kimberly always asks about pressure and any specific areas to work on. She adjusts if needed. The room is relaxing, the temperature of the table great.

I have been a member since the opening and I’m very grateful to have Hand & stone in the area. They run a good business and managed things very well during Covid. I have enjoyed all the therapists

I was very excited to hear that Raphael had returned to Oregon and was working at hand and stone again. This was the best massage I have had since November or December of 2021. Raphael is an amazing massage therapist he has the perfect combination of pressure and flow. He is very respectful and considerate. I was going to cancel membership with hand and stone until I heard that he had returned.

The woman who did my facial, I believe her name was Lauren but I could be totally wrong was incredible! Very knowledgeable and there was no doubt in my mind that I was being taken care of by an esthetician who is truest an expert in her field. From start to finish I was very impressed.

Each massage therapist here is very qualified. There are a number of therapists so availability is not usually a problem. The staff here is friendly and helpful!
