Hand and Stone

I feel that the hand and stone team are highly motivated to serve. Additionally, they are will trained and I love the ambiance. I live in Washington State though, which is why I will be going to the facility in E. Vancouver.

Molly S. is the best! I always feel relaxed and comfortable while there and I feel great when I leave. It is my favorite pampering. I travel to see Molly. ;)

This was an excellent experience from start to finish - easy booking online, friendly and helpful front desk staff, a kind and professional massage therapist, and one of the best massages of my life. No notes!

Clay the manager was very professional and took great care of me when at his Spa! I booked through Darci @ Another store, very gracious and thorough! Colin is a great therapist and also very professional and thorough! He hit every point thst I needed work on! I will return for a 90 minute massage in July! Coudous to these three people! Desk staff was great when checking in!

Colin was very personable, applied great pressure, and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Everything else, including the reception and room, were as expected: clean, relaxing.

I continue to return to this location because of Collin - the message therapist. He is a great asset to H&S and is always booked. You should have him train others so they can provide the same level of service and technique used.
