In spite of masks, everything was communicated clearly to me as i depend on lipreading. The treatment was very relaxing. Esthetician was very thiughtful suggesting bathroom use and offering water. .

The staff members were very friendly. They answered all of my questions and made me feel very welcomed. I had a wonderful experience.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. I enjoyed my facial and had a very pleasant experience overall.

Scott is an amazing Massage therapist. I have moved further away from the facility but still continue my membership because of him.

April was a delight. She didn’t talk too much and was attentive. And I adore Molly.

I love this location! The receptionist is always so friendly and welcoming and my massage therapist-Colin- is the absolute best! I feel so lucky whenever I can get on the books with him. He knows my health background which helps immensely. The rooms are always clean and I enjoy the soft music they play and the lighting dimmed and to top it off the heated tables are always at the perfect temperature!

Always have a good experience - it is a bit spendy for me, but I make it work somehow. My only suggestion would be to not allow the receptionists to have food they are eating, on the counter. Not the top of the counter, but where they are sitting. Yesterday her food was sitting out as if she would take a bite any minute. It just did not look good for your spa.

My esthetician did a great job explaining every step that she was taking and the product details. She was very informative and gave so much attention and detail as to which products would be best recommended for my skin type. The receptionist was pleasant and knew the services that she was trying to pitch!!
