I hadn't had a massage for 6+ years and over that time with the stresses of life but then covid as well I had accumulated a lot of tension and pains in my shoulders and back. I came to Hand and Stone to see if I could get some of that pain relieved. As soon as I got into the reception area and was greeted I started to feel the relaxation that I need. It was wonderful to just sit in the waiting area for a few minutes and listen to the music and the water feature on the wall. That really got me in a great mind space for the massage. Zac, who did my massage, was excellent! I couldn't believe how much pressure and stress was gone from my body after the massage with him. I knew I was going to feel better, but I had more motion and the ability to stand up straight without it hurting afterwards. I am so grateful to have had his expert knowledge and skills help me to relieve those pressures. Thank you so much, Zac!

I keep coming back for Colin’s massages. He does an excellent job and it’s really nice having someone know where my muscles are usually tight and how best to work them out.

All service was great but Esthetician was wonderful. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and the experience was very relaxing. She recommended a treatment plan but was not pushing.
