The check in process was extremely easy. I was brought back to my massage room within minutes of arriving and my massage was absolutely amazing.

My massage therapist, Layla was exceptional. I came back to your location specifically so that Scott could be the massage therapist for my husband's frozen shoulder. A full hour massage, rather than 50 minutes would be better. BY the time you fill everything out and get there for the massage, 50 minutes seems limited. Great service though!

Scott and Zach are the best. Great listeners, and all of the staff at this location is very helpful.

Reception was clean, kind and knowledgeable. The therapist was warm, communicative and skilled. I felt wonderful at the end of my session.

I love hand and stone, I have had back issues for years and they have done more than a chiropractor and for cheaper. But the availability of appointments has gotten to be next to nothing, they’ve called me to cancel my appointments more than once though I booked way in advance.

Although I rated "Satisfied" for the appointment starting on time, and mentioned that it started late, I have to point out that the therapist did go five minutes past the hour, so the session WAS NOT cut short. So I really had no complaint about that. But being my first time, I just wasn't sure how it would play out. I'm glad it went as well as I could hope.

As always, Colin listened to my needs. He helped relieve tension and tightness in my neck/shoulders. I appreciate all he does to help support me on my healing journey.

The massage therapist, Leyla, is excellent. She is thoughtful and attentive.

Clay greeted me promptly and was incredibly friendly and polite. My appointment started right on time. Zach is such a fantastic therapist and makes you feel so comfortable. The massage was fantastic. And then the checkout process again with Clay was smooth and friendly. He even offered me the current promotion, which I accepted. Overall very happy with the experience.
