Hand and Stone

The receptionist was fantastic and professional. The esthetician was also fantastic, calming and knowledgeable. I don’t live in Portland and that’s the only reason I might not come back to this Hand and Stone.

Zach is a fantastic therapist. Everyone at the front desk is very friendly. i love coming for my monthly appointment.

The website is extremely slow to book appointments, it's really old. It needs to be upgraded, even the front desk staff has problems going back and forth in between screens. You guys need a system redesign.

It was my first time with Kimberly. She was so pleasant I was immediately at ease. She asked always if this or that was good, if not to let her know. This morning my aches are noticeably improved.

My visit to Hand and Stone was excellent from the booking, to check-in and massage itself. I had trouble booking online, so I booked on the phone with a very helpful and friendly staff member. I arrived a few minutes early to sign the safety paperwork and use the restroom and waited just a few minutes for my massage. The massage therapist April listened to my problem areas and asked numerous questions to make my massage better. I was able to fully relax and felt at ease during the entire process. Kudos to the staff. I would say the only point of the visit that could have been improved was during the massage I heard voices outside the room. I believe it may have been in a break room area that was near our room, which was positioned at the end of a hallway. It was brief and not too loud, but it did take me out of that fully relaxed state momentarily. Probably just a result of thin walls. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will return.

We’ve been going to Hand Stone for years. We absolutely love it. We treat ourselves a few times a year. It’s a great stress reliever and also makes a great gift to give. The staff are extremely professional and make you comfortable. Can’t wait for our next massage!
