They provided great service. The estaticican took her time and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I look forward to coming back to this location.

Always satisfied with my services at H and S. Only improvement I would suggest is to not use plastic cups for the water etc. also, larger trash cans in the restrooms would be nice. They are WAY too small and are always stuffed to overflowing when I use them.

This was my first visit to Hand & Stone and I was very pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Michael was my massage therapist and he was AMAZING–very knowledgeable, kind, and intuitively found and targeted my tensest areas. I've already rescheduled. Couldn't recommend Michael enough!

Bree was wonderful! She was informative, gentle and really went the extra mile to ensure it was a safe and relaxing space. This was super calming for my nervous system, will def be back to book with her again!!

The therapist was very knowledgeable and used firm pressure on my trouble spots. He concentrated on my upper body and was very effective.

My massage therapist is always incredible, as are the rest of the staff.

Mimoza, my massage therapist at the NW Portland location, is one of the most talented massage therapists I have ever worked with. She is knowledgeable and responsive to my needs. I see her every other Tuesday like clockwork, and I book months in advance to be sure I can do so. I hope she continues to work there for years! I love her!

Felt very relaxed during the session and it was very informative. I enjoyed learning about how to improve on day to day activities. I already booked a few more sessions and really enjoyed my massage therapist.
