I received the Pumpkin Facial which was very calming and wonderful for my skin. The room and bed were warm and music calming. Kayla was a true professional, explaining each step of the one hour facial. I also had eye brow waxing which was quick and well done. My face responded very well, much softer. Kayla also recommended a few additional things like purchasing a power brush which I will do as well as a few products and recommended some additional facials which I will try.

Jeff listened to my concerns, and addressed my areas of trouble. The pressure used was perfect, and Jeff checked that it was appropriate. He also checked if I would like the table warmed.
