Hand and Stone

As usual, the entire experience was first class. From the receptionist greetings to the massage therapist friendliness and ability, to the after massage experience it was all as good as could be expected.

I have enjoyed the Hand & Stone experience before, and I was pleased to see that the facility was just as clean and friendly as before. I really liked my new massage therapist!

Hand and Stone makes it easy to come in for massage and facial/waxing needs. The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to make me comfortable. The estheticians and masseuses are of good quality and knowledgeable.

I really appreciated how everyone made me feel welcome. Everyone seemed very willing to answer anyone of my questions. I also love the results after my facial.

The kindness & professionalism of the front desk greeters is off the charts. Kayla the esthetician is amazing, and I always get compliments from friends & family about how great my skin looks after a facial.

The ambience is warm. The employees are friendly. The massage was very effective.

Sydney was fantastic! She addressed everything I asked while noticing things I didn't discuss. She was friendly without being talkative - love that when getting a massage. I will definitely book with her again!

The front desk was very helpful and friendly. The massage therapist is excellent at what she does and talked me through some of the more potentially painful points. I was having her do a specific area on my neck and she explained it can hurt a bit but I assure you, you will get relief if you hang on. I did and she was right.

The massage therapist is good at helping me relax. She can answer questions to help me destress between massages. I have also learned how to stretch to help relax.

I feel pampered and relaxed when I leave. I appreciate the attention to my concerns when I have sore muscles or am stressed.
