In a word - Melinda. She is an amazing massage therapist who actually knows how to massage. There are so many in the massage chain store land who have no actual knowledge/experience. She even out performs massage therapists I've had at well known and respected massage/spa/meditation destinations.

I love going to Hand and Stone for facials and massage. The technicians are courteous and professional and the spa is reasonably priced. The rewards program has some great incentives.

The staff was very welcoming and efficient. My provider was on time, and did an excellent job with my facial. It was a very relaxing experience.
