Tessa is very helpful and knowledgable with booking appointments. Rose is an amazing massage therapist. She was warm and very proficient.

The place is very nice and well presented. I asked for specific concentration on my back and shoulders and that is what I got. My massage therapist is great and the rooms are very nice

The front desk folks always seem upbeat and ask if you would like some water (which is good to have) before going for the massage. My massage therapist Patrick has always been professional and attentive of where I had a hip replaced last year. And always seems to find the over worked muscles during his deep tissue massage. After my massage the front desk folks get me checked out and rescheduled for my next appointment in a timely manner.

Alison was great at relieving the stress that I was there to relieve. It always relaxes me just to walk into Hand and Stone. Everyone is friendly and accommodating.

The knowledge of the therapist I saw was fantastic. He really educated me on what I can do at home to help my pain levels. He continues to encourage me on my healing at every appointment and follow up on my home-care as well. It feels like we have a common goal.
