The front desk clerks were excellent and very friendly. Kayla was very knowledgeable and kind. She explained everything she was doing and why she was and i was extremely satisfied with my facial. She also recommended the product I should use at home and I purchased it. Jessie was wonderful from start to finish. She listened to what I wanted and did exactly that throughout the massage. I would definitely request both Kayla and Jessie for future appointments.

I was happy that my esthetican, Regina, worked on my request. She actually spent a good amount of time on it versus other places I've been to. And Carol, the massage therapist, was very knowledgeable and did an amazing job.

I really appreciated the truth about what was going on and what I needed to do/keep doing. I like that Patrick is so friendly, but tells you what's going on and that he can fix it! I'm most excited about him fixing me so I can feel normal again. He loves what he does!

I often think of canceling my membership as this is an added expense but after obtaining a message, I realize it's physical value and am back on track with maintaining my membership.
