I was impressed with the professionalism with each of the persons that I came in contact with. They were friendly, pleasant and eager to help me. It is always great to experience a situation where it is obvious that employees have been aware of the importance of customer service.

The spa is beautiful and Kayla was fantastic!

My favorite massage therapist, Matt, is no longer employed at Hand and Stone, which is a huge disappointment. I had a shoulder injury that he was helping with. Every time I reached a plateau in my PT, I'd have a focused, deep tissue massage from Matt that would help me continue making progress. He will be missed.
