Always a great, relaxing experience.

Everything runs very smoothly at the Hand & Stone. My appointments are on time and almost always with my preferred therapist (Rose). The staff is very friendly and professional. I would use more upgrades if they weren't so expensive. Members should get a discount on upgrades and an additional discount if they use services more than one/month.

I really enjoy Alexis. She’s extremely knowledgeable and creates a very calming experience.

Wish I could book at least 3 months in advance. My preferred therapist is challenging to schedule, so would like to have a set monthly schedule with her.

Everyone working there was incredible and friendly. So kind and calming! My appointment with Kathryn was wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything along the way. I have been a member since 2020 and the consistently amazing service I get keeps me coming back every time.

This location is welcoming, close to my home and the ambiance is relaxing. The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable, and the products are clean and suitable for my sensitive skin. Always leave relaxed.
