I feel Kathryn really knows my skin and is working with me to improve the dryness. She is gentle and concerned that everything feels good while I'm there. She listens when I explain my facial trials at home and offers suggestions to help things improve.

I am a frequent and experienced spa client due to activity level and travel. Hand and Stone was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. Katie, my therapist, was very knowledgeable and addressed all of my issues and muscle needs. She was also very communicative to pressure, comfort and answered many inquiries I had. The only reason I am not going to join as a member is due to monthly travel and spa being a consistent part of that. I will be back to purchase gift cards for friends and family!

Best value in my opinion out of the local massage companies. Always incredibly friendly and easy to work with for scheduling. It can be difficult finding the therapist that is best suited for you personally so I feel lucky to have found Rose at this location.

Very friendly staff, very relaxing environment, I enjoyed my additions that I had with my services like the salt stone, hand and foot massages.

Receptionists are friendly and prompt. Massage was fabulous, therapist is knowledgeable and professional.

Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. My esthetician was friendly and knowledgeable about everything and listened to my preferences. She frequently checked into see how I was feeling throughout the process. Also, the two people at the front desk were very helpful in scheduling my appointment over the phone as my days and times were limited.
