Overall, this was a lovely and relaxing experience! I booked a massage and a facial for my birthday and left feeling refreshed. My massage started about 15 minutes late and then when I went to check out, I had to wait a few minutes for the person in front of me to finish paying even though there were 2 people sitting behind the receptionist doing the work. It was very strange and then when I checked out I was not offered to book another appointment or to opt into the monthly club (which I had heard offered to other clients as I waited in the lobby earlier that day). Overall I did enjoy the services I received and will likely return.

Extremely kind staff, clean waiting room and massage rooms. Extremely relaxing and the wait to get my massage was quick. Skin care products are fantastic and pleased to learn that my membership gives me 10% off on them.
