Anna was friendly and knowledgeable. Service was very relaxing. Perhaps an annual treat for me -- I prefer using my membership for massages.

This was the first facial I have had in probably 30+ years. Anna was friendly, professional and very pleasant. She did a good job of explaining what she was doing and I found the experience to be a good one.
