Friendly Reception. Nice Waiting Area. On-Time. Did not use up my Massage time with paperwork. Good Technique. Full Hour (50-55 min) Massage time.

Great service and peaceful location. I like the selection of products. One thing was I had selected add ons and all weren’t available so this option should have been updated online when booking. Also had a hard time finding a spot for my reservation.

Great customer service, friendly, clean

Stephan was very knowledgeable. He listened to my areas of concern and actually focused on those areas. He showed me some stretches that could also help me. I was going to cancel my membership but as long as Stephan is at Hand and Stone I will remain a customer.

Rose was amazing, one of the best massage therapists I've ever had. She was very thorough. One issue with the appointment setting, hard to find a time for evening and weekend appointments.
