The massage was excellent. She found knots I didn’t know I had. I slept great afterwards.

I was pleased with the thoroughness of the facial. My skin felt wonderful when it was done. I also appreciated recommendations of products to help my dry, sensitive skin.

My therapist listened to my concerns and was able to offer suggestions on how to feel better. Very relaxing. Very clean.

Renee was highly skilled, and she communicated her ability to adjust pressure or anything else for my comfort. I felt safe. I felt that H&S had respected Covid safety protocols before and during my time there.

I love Kathryn as my aesthetician. She is very knowledgeable, knows how to deliver an excellent treatment which is also relaxing, is very friendly and makes me feel comfortable, and customizes my treatment every time.

I'm finding it difficult to get an appointment that works for my schedule (I work) unless I book over a month out so I suspended my account untilI can get a bit caught up. I have 3 treatments which have been difficult to get booked due to appointments not being available. The employees and staff are fantastic and the treatments are great. I didn't like when I got a facial, she asked if I wanted something to help with my milia and I said sure. When I was checking out with the front desk clerk, she said the additional charge was an upgrade. I was not notified what she was doing was an upgrade. I felt it was a bit deceptive. If they are offering additional services during your treatment, they should say it cost more. My gal told the receptionist to only charge me the minimum fee for an upgrade and she charged me for the more expensive one. I ALWAYS watch my fees/costs when I'm there. I get a copy of my receipt each time cause they are always trying to charge me more for other things.

I have always had a good experience at H&S. Renee (most recent massage therapist I have been to) was the best therapist I have been to so far. The staff and cleanliness/ambience is always great. My only complaint is when I log in online, when you click “massage,” there’s nothing, it says “no services available.” So I had to call in to book that this time. However, I was able to book a facial online.

Kelly is great - friendly, thorough, perfect massage. Helps all my aches, relaxes me. I believe it's beneficial to my overall help and certainly to my mental health!
