Hand and Stone

Since Co-vid began, I am very limited on where I'm allowed to go, due to co-morbidities. When my doctor said I could resume things that are healthy for me, I asked about massages. He agreed as long as precautions were taken by the business. I have recently been worried that as more business's have become lax with their precautions, perhaps Hand & Stone will do this also. That is the one reason I would cancel my membership. So far, the staff have been very good at telling & showing me what they are doing. ie. Proper handwashing, wearing a mask properly etc.

Appointments are always on time. I always receive a friendly greeting. Love the facials and Kayla is professional.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The therapist was receptive and skilled. The facility is very clean, organized and relaxing. The massage felt like it was over far too quickly, because of how relaxing it was.

My appointment started and ended on time. My therapist listened to my needs and did the best she could in the allotted time. I was comfortable and calm the whole visit.

My therapist was very knowledgeable and timely with the massage. I felt that she spent quality time working on my problem areas and I felt great after. Definitely looking at coming back.

My masseuse realized I didn’t want to talk during my massage and respected that. It was excellent pressure and he was thorough on all the spots I asked to be worked on.
