Michelle my massage therapist was great. She made sure the I was comfortable and asked if there was anything that I’d like to focus on. She was very friendly and did a wonderful and thorough with her work.

I have used Hand and Stone for 4 years now, I have always appreciated the staff. My massage therapists have been awesome as well as my estheticians. I was in significant pain at my last massage visit and the therapist gave an INCREDIBLE massage.

Everything was good. The massage was amazing. Great overall experience.

Jenna is exceptional (as is Becca, but she has not yet returned to work). I tried several therapists before I tried Becca and Jenna, and was about to give up as previous therapists were not satisfactory. But Jenna and Becca saved my membership. Would be helpful if every massage room had a mirror to help restore the hairstyle after the massage.

The therapist was knowledgeable about my aches and cared for them to my satisfaction. With Covid concerts, I felt the office, staff and therapist were well trained and compassionate with clients. The check In and out process were well explained and efficient.

Mary was outstanding! She addressed all my problem areas, was concerned about the amount of pressure she was applying, and continually did "check-ins" to ensure I was comfortable and satisfied. I have already booked out through the end of September with additional visits. Additionally, Mary was friendly and caring. Thanks Hand & Stone, I will be back!
