I felt very safe and well tKen care of during my visit considering the changes that have been made at Hand and Stone because of COVID-19.

massage therapist focused on the exact areas I've been having pain. she gave me tips on how to reduce pain/tension with at home items (gave me tips without me asking first).

My massage therapist did an excellent job! She asked me what areas I wanted to focus on, and really focused on those areas during the massage. She asked what kind of pressure I wanted and maintained that pressure throughout the massage, which I appreciated. She did specific techniques to work the areas I requested, demonstrating her knowledge and skill. She was great!

I am a member at Hand and Stone. I have never been dissatisfied with any part of the experience. I constantly recommend this location to friends and colleagues.

Although the experience is a little different now after COVID hit, it really does feel very clean and like they are taking every precaution to keep everyone safe. Everyone is friendly and punctual.

Under the circumstances they did email me a form that I needed to sign and consent to but I was unable to do that because I do not have a computer and they were very very nice about it when I got to the facility. And the girl that did my massage was absolutely amazing

Given the current Covid-19 circumstances, everything from booking the appointment to receiving my massage went perfectly. Online booking was simple and I continued to get confirmation texts and emails leading up to my appointment. Required consent forms were easy to fill out and submit prior to appointment in order to ensure as much social distancing as possible. Calling to check in from the comfort of my car once I was at my appointment to the moment I was sent a text letting me know my masseuse was ready for me was less than a 10 minute wait. The massage however was by far the best part. Ryan remembered me from months ago and knew where my problem spots were and his expertise combined with his perfect amount of pressure helped relieve any tension I had and helped to really loosen my tight muscles.

Staff is friendly, efficient and on time. Massage therapist does what I ask for.
