I had a great experience at hand and stone! I had a massage with Ryan, who was phenomenal. He took the time in the beginning to briefly get to know me and ask what I wanted to focus on. I felt completely comfortable during the massage, and appreciated that he asked multiple times if the pressure and everything else was okay. He paid attention to the specific body areas I mentioned and did a good job of attending to my whole body as I requested. He used a great range of massage techniques that I enjoyed. Overall I had an excellent experience!

Shelby is an incredible massage therapist and I look forward to every visit with her. She knows how to really work out the muscle soreness and pains, and I always feel better when I leave.

The spa is always super clean and has an inviting atmosphere. I absolutely love the therapist that I normally see. Making appointments is easy over the phone as they generally have good availability even with short notice.

Reception is always friendly and available. The massage therapist always asks for input and feedback and also provides her own feedback. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes, and am always offered a refreshment while I wait.
